The Federal Circuit Court of Australia (FCC) is committed to providing equal access to justice to all Australians regardless of their geographic location. For this reason, judges regularly travel to various regional locations to hear matters (including Shepparton), removing the need for you and your lawyer to travel to Melbourne to have your matter dealt with. The FCC sits at the Shepparton Law Courts building four times a year in February, May, August and November. The majority of the FCC’s work is in family law related property and children’s matters.
