Pricing certainty for basic legal matters
We are committed to providing clients with clear and accurate information in relation to fees. Where legal matters are considered by SMR Legal to be basic, a fixed cost fee will be quoted to our client. Otherwise, estimated total legal costs will be calculated on a time basis. These methods of pricing do not include disbursements (other fees, expenses and charges), such as filing fees, search fees, stamp duty, barrister’s fees, etc.
