CONVEYANCING CLERK

Cass commenced her working career as receptionist with sole practitioner Mary Stewart in 2010. She quickly took on the role of legal assistant where she gained experience in conveyancing before joining the SMR Legal team when it formed in 2011.

Cass has completed her Advanced Diploma of Legal Practice and is currently in the process of becoming a Legal Executive. Cass works in residential conveyancing assisting Vendors and Purchasers with their property transactions but also enjoys working with the more complex farm, commercial and water transactions.

Cass is efficient, organised and has a great rapport with clients. She is committed to making the process of finalising a conveyancing transaction as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, you can find Cass spending time with her husband and three kids, camping with friends and family or having a crack at fitness competitions.
