Guardianship & Administration

SMR Legal has a strong history of acting for clients that vulnerable, disabled and elderly. We assist and advise on administrator and/or guardian applications to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) for those unable to make reasonable judgements because of disability.

We also advise and advocate about the rights and dignity of those with other special care requirements and are often called upon to provide specialist advice in relation to financial abuse.
